You'll also be supporting our colleagues at Enham Trust with their learning interventions, ensuring they have everything they need, are completing their essential and mandatory training compliance and are fully compliant too. The Enham Trust is based in Andover, Hampshire and travel will be required to site to support as required., We invest in our colleagues because we know if they have a better day at work, the service our customers receive will be better. You'll be organised first and foremost and will have some experience working in a coordination or administrative role. We have a learning platform, we will show you how to use this, but you'll be comfortable using IT and willing to learn new systems and technologies to get the job done. You can work flexibly, we work from home mostly, but there will be times where you need to come to the office for meetings and work together days so you'll be able to travel across our operating areas.
