Full Job Description

Tide Partnership is delighted to collaborate with a leading health and social care provider to expand their Learning & Development team by recruiting a number Learning & Development Facilitators. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced training professionals who want to join an organisation dedicated to enhancing its digital capabilities while maintaining exceptional care and support for its staff., As a Learning Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in the professional growth of our team members by providing comprehensive training and coaching on digital care tools and essential soft skills. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of our digital programmes across the organisation.,

  • Collaborate with Digital Care Champions to identify training needs and objectives.

  • Develop and deliver dynamic soft skills training and digital product training for Digital Care Advocates.

  • Facilitate interactive training sessions using various experiential methods.

  • Provide constructive feedback and one-on-one coaching to enhance skill development.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and identify areas for improvement.

  • Travel frequently to different locations to conduct training sessions, often requiring overnight stays.

  • Manage logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue setups, and equipment preparation.

  • Share knowledge and best practices with other facilitators and team members.


  • Travel

    Due to the nature of this role, you will need to travel extensively within your designated region (South, Midlands, Wales, Northwest, Northeast, Scotland). A valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle are required.

  • PTTLS Qualification or equivalent.

  • Coaching diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 4 years of experience in delivering training.

  • Proven track record in soft skills and digital product training.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively.


  • Desirable Criteria

  • Experience in the Health & Social Care sector.

  • Strong knowledge of soft skills areas (communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution).

  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
