Full Job Description

As our Learning and Development Manager, you will work across all areas of the business, leading the development and execution of our People Strategy. Your focus will be on organisational development projects that enhance leadership capability and employee engagement, ensuring our people are set up for success now and in the future.

Additionally, you will:

  • Ensure the appropriate training solutions are in place to address current and future skills gaps.

  • Be the architect of a high-performance culture across the group, where every employee understands their role and its contribution to the business's success.

  • Engage with the entire organisation and collaborate closely with Senior Managers, including executive-level leaders.

  • Drive regular touchpoints to holistically review and assess our culture and management capability.

  • Lead key projects across the business to drive organisational effectiveness

    Have the ability to influence senior leaders and build high quality, sustainable business partnering relationships

  • Have a commercial mind-set and business understanding to inform and drive continuous improvement

  • Have experience or qualification in coaching (at a management level)

  • Have experience of delivering leadership/team effectiveness workshops

  • Have a good network of external partners to help with all things relating to organisational effectiveness

  • Have strong project management toolkit
