Come and join our team at this exciting time of growth. At Sadler's Wells everyone is welcome. The new role of Learning and Development (L&D) Manager will help to instil the importance of personal and professional development and expand the learning culture in our organisation. You will work with the Director of People and Inclusion to create and deliver a L&D strategy to enhance the skills and colleague experience for our workforce and talent pipeline. You'll have the chance to exercise your coaching skills, design and deliver workshops and will play a vital role in driving our line managers development programme.
