Learning & Development Partner

Glasgow (hybrid)

£45,000 - £50,000 DOE

Full time, Permanent

 

Iconic Resourcing HR are working with our client within the Technology sector, who are looking for a Learning & Development Partner who will work across all areas of the business leading on the development and execution of the Learning & Development function to ensure people are set up for success both now and in the future.

 

Day to day, you will:

  • Ensure the appropriate training solutions are in place to address current and future skills gaps
  • Drive a high performance culture across the group where every employee will know what is expected of them and how this contributes to the success of the business
  • Engage across the organisation and work closely with Senior Managers (including Exec level leaders), driving regular touchpoints to holistically review and assess both culture and management capability
  • Leading on key projects across the business that will really drive organisational effectiveness which will include:
    • Employee Engagement Programmes
    • Induction and on-boarding that is engaging and provides structured development plans for our people and sets them up for success
    • Articulation of career paths across the business
    • Shaping and embedding their culture and values
    • Re-defining and implementing benchmark for managing people

 

We are looking to speak with experienced L&D professionals who have a previous track record in delivering value add training solutions with the ability to influence senior leaders and build high quality, sustainable business partnering relationships. As well as this, you will be comfortable driving continuous improvement, have experience in delivering leadership/team effectiveness workshops and a strong project management toolkit.
