Full Job Description
· Leading and developing programmes: Lead and develop global L&D programmes for customer service, leadership, management, and sales across diverse regions.
· Strategic Vision: Deliver comprehensive L&D strategies, including leadership and coaching programmes, customer service and sales programmes, competency frameworks, assessment systems, stakeholder management, and business partnerships.
· Online Learning: Leverage online learning platforms (LMS) and content agencies for self-directed learning.
· Stakeholder Management & Business Partnering: Build and maintain strong partnerships with global leaders and stakeholders, with a focus on supporting the Customer Service function.
· Programme Design, Delivery, and Impact Analysis: Design, develop, deliver, and measure the impact of learning programmes mainly in customer service.
· Organisational Development: Integrate organisational development principles with L&D initiatives.
· Talent Management: Align talent management practices with L&D strategies.
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with People and Culture teams and other business units.
· Centre of Excellence: Work as part of the L&D centre of excellence (COE) focused on people growth.
· Modern Methodologies: Employ diverse, modern methodologies, techniques, tools, and digital technology for maximum effectiveness.
· Communication: Communicate learning and development policies and processes, ensuring stakeholders understand their roles in people development.
· Departmental Learning Plans: Define learning plans that prioritise appropriately and deliver cost-effective solutions.
· Competence Methodologies: Support managers in identifying learning needs and career planning; provide guidance on workplace learning opportunities.
· Competence Assessments: Implement and support competence assessment mechanisms that meet legal and regulatory requirements.
· Education: Relevant qualification in learning and development.
· Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in an L&D role, with customer experience background essential.
· Deep understanding and experience in L&D and coaching etc in customer service.
· Previous experience working in and supporting customer service teams.
· Desired: experience working outside of UK.

You will be working with key management, leadership and people stakeholders, and you will be leading, identifying, planning, delivering and measuring the impact of a range of group-wide learning solutions, working with senior management, to our front line non connected colleagues.
