Full Job Description
To design, deliver, and evaluate innovative Learning and Development (L&D) programs that support the growth and effectiveness of Shaw Trust employees. This role focuses on creating impactful learning experiences, both in-person and online, tailored to meet the organisation's evolving needs. Responsibilities include managing L&D initiatives, producing and analysing performance reports, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and applying current research and best practices to enhance program effectiveness and align with organisational goals.
The successful candidate must have experience of delivering training courses, ideally both in-person and over video links.
Interview process will include a short demonstration of training facilitation skills delivered over MS Teams.
+ Education to degree level or equivalent experience
+ A good track record of delivering successful learning and development initiatives in a complex and diverse organisation
+ Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software and previous experience of working with and analysing data
+ Ability to use initiative when required and take a problem solving approach to work tasks
