12-month Fixed Term Contract

As a Professional Learning & Product Facilitator (Digital) at HC-One you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the professional development and productivity of our Colleagues through comprehensive soft skills learning and development, coaching and mentoring, product delivery training and as part of our wider Digital programme you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training sessions focused on a wide range of interpersonal skills essential for the successful delivery of our Digital programmes within our homes, supporting Colleagues with their digital journey, including digital product training/coaching and support. You will be ensuring consistent and impactful training delivery occurs across our diverse workforce, located within two of our geographical groups.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in equipping our workforce with the essential skills and competencies needed to excel in their roles and drive organisational success through our new Digital platforms.

This position entails extensive travel to various locations with very frequent overnight stays in pre-booked accommodation.

Holding a PTTLS Qualification and a Coaching diploma (or equivalent), you have at least 4 years' experience of training delivery, experience of delivering Product training sessions of a digital content and nature and proven experience in delivering soft skills training or professional development programs, preferably within a Health & Social Care setting.

You have a strong understanding of various soft skills areas, including communication, leadership, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution, and excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audience.

With highly effective Coaching skills, you are able to feedback appropriately with set objectives, areas for development, focusing on solution building and continued growth and have effective organisational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

You will be flexible and willing to travel frequently to different locations as required.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility and therefore it is important that you are able to recognise the signs which may indicate possible abuse, harm or neglect in its different forms and know what to do if there are any concerns. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and to undertake additional training in associated areas. You also have the ability to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if action is not taken.

£33,000 per annum, plus £4,000 car allowance
