Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Learning & Teaching Programme Administrative Assistant to work within the School of Education on a permanent basis.

In this role, the successful candidate will enhance the student experience by working collaboratively with the UG and PGT Administrative teams and academic teaching staff to provide an excellent customer service. They will provide administrative support for the processes and procedures relating to taught programmes (UG and PGT).

The postholder will support students from first point of contact to graduation, including providing information, advice and front-line support service to prospective, new and continuing students. In addition, they will support academic staff and colleagues involved in taught programme teaching administration including the programme and course leaders.

This post is full time (35 hours per week) and offered on an open ended basis.
