Lecturer - Core Skills
40,170 - 48,357 (pro-rata)
0.52 FTE / 18.2 Hours
Based at Falkirk Campus
Fixed Term to January 2025
You will produce high quality learning, teaching and assessment materials, and deliver excellent teaching within the specialist area of Core Skills. You will work with others to develop new approaches to teaching, making use of learning technologies.
Ensuring that the curriculum is relevant and up-to-date, you will contribute to the development of provision and enhance students' learning through providing support. You will naturally have a strong learner focus.
You will have a degree (or equivalent) in one of the specialist areas of core skills, namely Communication/English, ICT and Numeracy and ideally hold a teaching qualification, such as TQFE. In addition, you will be experienced in the delivery of Core Skills.
