LECTURER – EARLY EDUCATION AND CHILDCARE

Temporary, Part-Time

£40,170 – £48,357 per annum, pro rata

We are seeking to expand our register of part-time, temporary Lecturers in Early Education & Childcare. 

Working as a member of a committed and dynamic team, you must have sound practical work experience in an appropriate setting and be highly organised with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

With a degree in a relevant discipline, you will also have knowledge of current policy and practice issues in Early Years. Previous teaching experience would be advantageous. 

Salary placing on the above salary scale will be dependent on previous experience and qualifications.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Successful applicants will be required to become members of the relevant PVG scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check prior to a formal offer being made by South Lanarkshire College.
