We are a busy and well-established high street practice looking to welcome a Legal Secretary/Paralegal to our expanding team in our Kilmacolm office. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to play a key role in supporting our legal professionals across a range of general chamber practice matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient diary management and scheduling of appointments
• Audio typing and preparation of legal documents
• Acting as the first point of contact for client communication and liaison
• File management and organisation of case materials
• Providing general administrative support across the team
• Ensuring the highest standard of client service at all times

About You:

• Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred, but not essential
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A professional, friendly and proactive approach
