Full Job Description

To provide a safe and high quality service throughout the facility whilst maintaining good operational procedures and relationships between the service and members of the public.Responsibilities Building security Preparing rooms / areas for use by groups. setting up and dismantling equipment as required. Carrying out routine planned maintenance on equipment. Monitoring, reporting on and carrying out cleaning/maintenance duties. Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are complied. with.

Experience in carrying out basic care and maintenance duties of property. Working with people Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures. Effective written and verbal communication skills. First aid Certificate

  • Aptitude for tidiness Attention to detail Prioritises tasks / action Ability to follow routines / instructions Capable of working unsupervised. Able to carry out handyman/basic maintenance duties. Smart appearance Pleasant manner Good customer care / people skills Patience Diplomacy Trustworthy Ability to lift furniture and equipment.
