Full Job Description

A great opportunity to join a long established and successful Letting Agency in the city centre as a Lettings Administrator!


This professional and well respected company can offer you a varied office based position, the chance to work alongside an experienced team and a friendly environment!


Key duties will include:


  • Assisting with property compliance management
  • Managing requests for repairs and maintenance, liaising with contractors
  • All connected office work – use of lettings software, keeping files updated
  • Processing tenant applications for properties available
  • Handling enquiries via phone and email regarding properties for Let
  • Setting up viewing appointments and managing the diary
  • Working with colleagues to market new and existing properties for let

Candidates should have previous experience in residential lettings or a similar industry with excellent administration skills, an organised approach and the ability to communicate effectively via phone and email. You should enjoy working as part of a team and be able to work well to business deadlines.


Full time permanent position working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, salary based on experience circa £22-24k.
