A well-established and highly regarded property management and letting agency, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Letting Agent to join this dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end letting process, from property viewings to tenant onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, providing excellent customer service.
- Conduct property valuations and advise landlords on rental pricing and marketing strategies.
- Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Handle tenant inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the tenancy period.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to properties and tenancies.

Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a lettings or property management role is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of the local property market and relevant legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
