Full Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated, efficient and personable Viewing agent in the Banchory and Stonehaven area.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct property viewings for the sales department.
  • Assist with on-site queries and maintain regular communication with branch offices.
  • Record feedback on comment sheets.
  • Perform property checks on vacant properties, including meter readings, removing mail and reporting back to the office.
  • Remove 'for sale' signs when required.
  • Conduct mail runs between branches and deliver items to clients as required.
  • Undertake minor maintenance work and other ad hoc duties as necessary.

Hours:

This is a job share position, with each partner working 21 hours per week as follows:

  • Week One: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 11:00 to 19:00, including a 1-hour lunch break.
  • Week Two: Mondays and Tuesdays from 11:00 to 19:00, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00, including a 1-hour lunch break.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Viewing Agent is not essential, as training will be provided.
  • Applicants must possess a full, clean, manual driver's licence recognised in the UK and have excellent local knowledge of Aberdeenshire.
  • Excellent client relation and communication skills are essential.
  • A friendly, helpful, and professional manner is required.
