• Lead & Inspire: Manage, mentor, and develop a top-tier lettings team.

• Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up with lettings laws and regulations.

• Proven experience in a senior lettings or property management role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Business development mindset-you know how to build relationships and grow a portfolio.
• In-depth knowledge of lettings processes, compliance, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
• ARLA Propertymark qualification (preferred but not essential).
• Full UK driving licence or equivalent.
