Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Officer to join our very busy Lettings team. Our aim is to provide our customers a positive journey at a stressful time. We want our customers to recommend us to everyone they know and become the landlord of choice. What could you be doing? In this role you will provide an efficient void and lettings property service ensuring that vacant homes are let without delay. You will assess the housing applicants' circumstances and suitability through the tenancy assessment process and provide an excellent customer experience from the beginning of their relationship with Platform.

You will have great interpersonal skills and be able to resolve issues positively and objectively. You must be able to work collaboratively as part of the wider lettings team to achieve business objectives and meet KPI targets and deadlines. You will have experience of working closely with customers in a result driven environment and enjoy working towards performance indicators. A customer focussed, positive mindset is a must along with strong organisational skills to thrive in this busy team. A knowledge of the Lincolnshire area, specifically East Lindsay, would be beneficial but not an essential requirement. While this role is home based, you should have the ability to travel to Group offices and other locations for meetings as required. Our Group offices are located at Birmingham Business Park, Solihull and Central Park, Worcester.
