Line Leader

Connect Appointments have a new opportunity available with our growing Perth based agricultural client. We're recruiting a Line leader, to join and supervise a busy production line.

This role is a full-time ongoing position across day-shift hours, where you will be paid a rate of 11.90 per hour.

Your role will vary, but require the supervision and oversight of a team of production workers, providing guidance and instructions; ensuring the highest quality and standard of goods and products. Above all, you will have to ensure the highest standard for yourself and your team.

Ideally for this Line Leader position, you will have previous experience working in a production/manufacturing, warehouse or other fast-paced environments. Combined with previous experience leading and motivating a team to meet and exceed targets.
