Live In Housekeeper

Live In Housekeeper required for privately owned Lodge.

Also potential for employment of a partner for handyman/gardener duties

The Lodge is used exclusively by the owner and family and maintained to a very high standard. There is also a newly renovated holiday let which the housekeeper will be responsible for.

A lovely cottage is available on a service occupancy; it has a garden and is in an idyllic spot overlooking the beautiful scenery Glenavon has to offer., A handyman/gardener will be responsible for maintenance of the lawns and walled garden of the lodge. Maintenance of the buildings in the lodge grounds in conjunction with the Head keeper and some duties within the Lodge etc. to aid the housekeeper .

The vehicle provided is for estate duties only and applicants will need their own vehicle. Driving licence(s) are essential as the estate is set on the edge of the picturesque village of Tomintoul.

Requirements for role/s:

· Experience in a similar role will be an advantage

· Calm, responsible and organised with great work ethic; enjoyment of the outdoors with lots of variety

· Willingness to be flexible, adaptable, creative and to take on ad hoc tasks

· High standards of discretion and confidentiality

· Accustomed to living in a rural environment

. Able to fit in and work alongside the other staff on the estate as well as on their own.
