An important part of this scheme will involve completing Actuarial exams aimed at providing you with the knowledge and skills to be successful in your role and qualify as an Actuary. What you'll learn Over four years, you'll complete a series of placements across our insurance business, gaining knowledge and experience that could include:

• Coding complex insurance models.
• Monitoring and reporting on our business performance.
• Making sure we're up to date with industry regulations.
• Monitoring the risks posed by climate change.
You'll be matched up with a buddy or mentor to support you and offer guidance throughout the scheme, and you'll have access to technical and business-aligned training, including platforms such as Viva Learning and Learning Management systems, to further help your development.
