Job Description

Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

This job is workstyle 4 – Hybrid

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from a variety of locations, working from council buildings, working in service user’s locations and site visits and you can work from home to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

You will work 36.25 hours per week Monday to Friday.

You will provide advice and support to funded providers of early learning and childcare across an Angus locality, including local authority settings and private, voluntary and childminders settings. You will support funded providers in all areas of service delivery as well as adherence to appropriate local and national policies and standards, including Funding Follows the Child and The National Standard for Early Learning and Childcare.

Requirements

You must have the ability to become a member of the PVG Scheme.

Membership of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) or commitment to gain registration with the SSSC in accordance with their requirements is essential.

A full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle are also essential.
