Travel will be required as your remit covers Perth, Kilmarnock, Glasgow, Livingston, Carlisle depots.

What you'll be doing

Our Regional Support Team Manager will lead a number of depots made up of Team Managers, Drivers, Administrators & Warehouse Operatives. You will play a crucial role supporting the smooth running, planning, and overall performance of each depot.

This role offers a huge amount of variety, allowing you to get involved with everything from site standards, shift handovers, performance management, recruitment and training, to health and safety, HR issues, delivery projections and planning to meet demand.

On top of the above you will also be required to support management with building a stable and flexible network of core and lifestyle self-employed delivery drivers through effective interviewing, selection, and onboarding process across the three sites.

What you need to show us

This is a perfect opportunity for someone highly organised, able to build relationships with all sorts of people, and experienced in distribution and logistics.

Experience in a similar leadership role is crucial but we're every bit as interested in your ability to use your initiative to improve processes, think on your feet, lead from the front and get the best out of those around you.
