NHS Scotland is committed to encouraging equality and diversity among our workforce and eliminating unlawful discrimination. The aim is for our workforce to be truly representative and for each employee to feel respected and able to give their best. To this end, NHS Scotland welcomes applications from all sections of society.

The Emergency Department of University Hospital Crosshouse seeks to appoint an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team at ST3/4 level in a 6-month LAT post. The service is Consultant led, with a scheduled consultant presence 0800-0000 every day and on call thereafter. Post-graduate examination success has been good within the department. The consultant tier strives to support trainees in their studies and projects.

Appropriately experienced candidates shall hold Full GMC Registration with a current Licence to Practice and have at least 3 years' experience in specialities relevant to Emergency Medicine via the completion of ACCS EM programme or similar experience to be considered for ST4 level.
