Full Job Description

You will be managing the full Evolve itinerary, keeping a clear system of Goods In & Out with a report of their location, condition & storage rate arrangements.
Respecting our property & maintaining an environment that encourages others to do so
Transferring event kit between our production and storage sites, setting a world class example when working with heavy goods
Identifying remedial works & solutions for repair
Ensuring workspaces & vehicles are organised & maintained in a productive way

Are you hard working and self-motivated with a keen interest in event production & problem solving. Are you able to work both within a team and independently?
As Logistics Co-ordinator you will be working both alone and as part of a team to help accurately pick, prepare, load and unload a diverse range of client assets to ensure that goods are stored safely in our warehouses, and delivered within our target timelines.
This role best suits upbeat and self-motivated individuals who enjoy working systematically and productively. It is an energised environment which relies on organisation and efficiency.
Evolve relies on numerous cloud-based IT platforms to streamline processes and communication across departments and clients, therefore a good grasp of IT and a self-starter type of attitude is preferred.
We value great communication, great attitude and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate should have a methodical style and is able to deliver strong solutions to tight deadlines. Experience creating & managing inventories is preferable but not essential., You are a flexible worker with a high attention to detail and an ability to problem solve on the job.
You work effectively with the wider Evolve team to understand the job brief and expectations
You put safety first and operate a warehouse environment respected by others
You manage time & expectations to deliver to deadline & budget.
You are comfortable loading/unloading and working safely around heavy goods.
You work effectively with the Production & PM team to plan the week efficiently, sharing your knowledge & experience to achieve operational excellence

Key Requirements (Qualifications and Skills)
Experience as a warehouse operative or in a logistics role preferred but not essential.
Full and Clean UK Driving Licence.
Forklift licence.
Excellent inventorying skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Handy person experience ideal but not essential.
