Machine Operator - Cumbernauld
13.50 - 14.50 per hour | 12-hour shifts | 4 days per week

We are currently recruiting for experienced Machine Operators to join a busy and well-established manufacturing company based in Cumbernauld.

• Competitive hourly rate of 13.50 - 14.50, depending on experience

• 12-hour shifts (day and/or night. Work Monday to Thurs or Thurs to Sun- your choice)

• 4 days per week - enjoy a longer weekend

Key responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure smooth production

• Carrying out quality checks on finished products

• Ensuring health and safety standards are followed at all times

• Performing basic machine maintenance and reporting issues

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment

• A good level of attention to detail and a proactive attitude

• Ability to work well as part of a team and independently

• Flexibility with shift patterns may be required
