As Maintenance Assistant, you will be involved in carrying our proactive and reactive maintenance tasks across all three of our residences in Edinburgh, Cheval The Edinburgh Grand, Cheval Old Town Chambers and Cheval Abbey Strand Apartments. You will be part of a small maintenance team who will work in collaboration with the onsite operation teams to provide maintenance support when needed. The role includes to be the first line of response to all maintenance issues, be aware of any hazards or faults and rectify where possible and to supervise external contractors when required. You will be required to work five days over seven on a rota basis (this includes weekend working and bank holidays), 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8am and 8pm.

  Hourly rate of £12.74
