Full Job Description
- To be the main Sodexo site contact for all Technical PPMs & Reactive Works
- To be the hands on first point of contact engineer on site
- To escort and liaise with Sodexo contractors attending the site for any works
- Environmental, Health & Safety compliance in all activities 5. 2. Main assignments
- To be the main Technical contact and hands on engineer for the site, including client liaison
- First line responder to any site M&E work orders
- Carry out minor adaptations to the environment, i.e., putting up shelves, notice boards, soap dispensers, etc
- Minor touch up decoration and refurbishment
- Minor plumbing works (unblock sinks, toilets and drains, repair leaks, fit new tap washers, replace ballcocks)
- Building fabric repairs, i.e. tiling, ceiling tiles, flooring etc
- Adjust doors, tighten hinges, change or fit locks and door closures
- Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvements on site
- Coordinating with external contractors and internal teams for repair and maintenance works
- Assist other service lines (front of house/ security/ cleaning/ catering) where required
- Be proactive to identify and report faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve
- Any other duties as required 2. 3. Context and main issues
- Work as part of the M&E/Site team ensuring all PPM's/ reactive works are completed in line with SLA's & KPl's
- Ensure all work orders are updated, closed out on the mobile tablet/ APP 4. Accountabilities

- Escorting 4 - 5 contractors per week
- Managing circa 20 reactive jobs per week
- Attend site meeting as required
Experience of PPM and reactive works - Ability to manage own workload as well as operating within a team
- Good computer skills (MS Office, PDA's etc)
- Full clean Driving License required
- Physically fit as lifting may be involved & must be able to work in restricted and at height
- A good knowledge of health and safety
- Ability to handle tools correctly and safely
- Must be able to work some flexible hours to suit the needs of a busy site Desirable
- PASMA/IPAF trained
- Asbestos awareness
- Legionella / Potable Water awareness
- Recognised apprenticeship or NVQ
- IOSH/ Nebosh
