Our client is awell-established company looking for a Maintenance Operative to join their team. This role will be based across various sites, carrying out arange of general building repairs and maintenance tasks.

Your new role

As a Maintenance Operative you will be responsible for:

* Carrying out plannedand reactive maintenance across various sites.
* Completing generalbuilding tasks, including joinery, tiling, painting, brickwork, paving,drainage, and plumbing.
* Assisting withfacilities support, such as furniture assembly, site clearance, and keepingareas clean and tidy.
* Responding toout-of-hours alarm activations when required.
* Ensuring all workfollows health and safety policies, identifying hazards, and conducting riskassessments.
* Workingindependently or as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.
* Recording all workcompleted in the internal PMR system.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful inthis role, you will need:
* A broad range ofmaintenance and repair skills.
* The ability to workindoor and outdoor in varying conditions.
* Basic IT skills(training on in-house systems will be provided).
* Flexibility and theability to adapt to different tasks.
* Strong teamworkingand communication skills.
* A full UK drivinglicence.
