Scope of Work:

As the Maintenance Planner / Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in supporting the remote planning team based in India by providing detailed, on-the-ground information. • Ensuring accurate documentation through photographs, sketches, and detailed reports
  • Collaborating closely with the BTC Planner to share field data and maintain an efficient workflow
  • Participating in site visits on behalf of the BTC Planner and resolving any technical queries that arise
  • Attending regular Zoom meetings and responding promptly to planning queries or backlog issues

Specific Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of technical discussions, cross-sectional equipment drawings, and piping isometrics
  • Proficient in reading P&IDs and familiar with plant layouts, equipment locations, and functional roles
  • Basic knowledge of the unit you will be working on (process training provided upon joining)
  • Proficient in basic computer skills such as MS Office, MS Outlook, etc.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively
