Full Job Description

What you will be doing

  • Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on plumbing systems within commercial properties.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and repairs, ensuring minimal disruption to clients.
  • Diagnose and rectify plumbing issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and escalate any issues the senior team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.

What you need

  • SVQ Level 3 in Plumbing qualifications or equivalent.
  • Experience in mobile maintenance plumbing in a busy FM/ jobbing plumbing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Happy to obtain a Disclosure Scotland.
