Management Accountant

Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a not-for-profit organisation in Stirling for a Management Accountant. Supporting the Senior Accountant, you will form part of an experienced finance team, supporting with a busy period of work, anticipated to last 4 months initially. This temporary contract is a hybrid role, with 2 days in the office and 3 working from home. Our client provides parking on site and offers a friendly and supportive environment. Experience dependent, this role is offering 26.00 - 29.00 per hour.

Your new role
You will be involved in all aspects of Management Accounting, budgeting and forecasting for a number of key projects and will be responsible for liaising with a number of key areas to provide full and established management accounting information and commentary. You will provide analysis on management information and insight in addition to support decisions and ensure full and accurate accounts are delivered. Other responsibilities include P&L and balance sheet reporting and working with finance officers around ledger transactions.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Management Accountant with a current membership with an Accountancy body (CA, CIMA, ACCA) with an ability to start your position quickly. You will have strong rapport building skills, ideally with some experience in the not-for-profit sector to hit the ground running. A disclosure Scotland will be required here.
