We're seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant with expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and strategic planning to join our team., Job Description: As a Management Accountant with us, you'll play a critical role in supporting key business decisions by providing accurate and insightful financial data. Your work will be instrumental in helping us optimise our financial performance and drive profitability.,

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals. Conduct financial forecasting to anticipate future performance.
  • Cost Analysis: Analyse costs related to operations, projects, and products to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed management reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to provide actionable insights to management.
  • Strategic Planning: Support long-term strategic planning by providing financial insights and scenario analysis that inform decision-making.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure financial stability and support business growth.
  • Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Assist in maintaining robust internal controls.
  • Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform detailed ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects and business initiatives.

    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIMA) is a plus.
  • Experience: Proven experience in management accounting, with a strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
