- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals. Conduct financial forecasting to anticipate future performance.
- Cost Analysis: Analyse costs related to operations, projects, and products to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare detailed management reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to provide actionable insights to management.
- Strategic Planning: Support long-term strategic planning by providing financial insights and scenario analysis that inform decision-making.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitor and forecast cash flow to ensure financial stability and support business growth.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies and external regulations. Assist in maintaining robust internal controls.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform detailed ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects and business initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIMA) is a plus. - Experience: Proven experience in management accounting, with a strong understanding of financial processes, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Skills: Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
