An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Management Assistant working within Business Services to provide a comprehensive, professional and high level of business support.
 
We are looking for a focused individual who has experience in an administrative role. You should have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills as this is a busy and demanding role with often conflicting priorities.
 
This post is based at 2 High Street though the Council are currently operating a hybrid working system with a minimum of 2 days based in the office combined with working from home and on MS Teams. 
 
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following duties:
 
• Co-ordinating charges and payments for all chargeable childcare places within relevant services/settings.
• Supporting the administration of Nursery Registrations.
• Undertaking general administrative duties.
 
The successful candidate should have:
 
• Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of packages.
• Excellent communication skills to be able to deal with internal and external customers.
• The ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information.
• The ability to work accurately under pressure and within tight timescales.
• The ability to forward plan and manage your own workload.
• Experience of working within a busy team and able to demonstrate good working relationships.
