Full Job Description

The role of Design & Governance Manager sits within the Investment Solutions function and is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager, Design & Governance on investment solution design and ongoing oversight & governance. Familiar with the life-cycle of investment solutions, you'll be used to working within a Consumer Duty environment and the requirements of the FCA PROD Handbook. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Design & Governance, you'll have a passion for innovation and providing customers with outstanding investment solutions on an ongoing basis. What you'll be doing:

  • Contribution for initial and ongoing design of investment solutions across D2C and Advised distribution channels.
  • Leading departmental market intelligence and positioning of investment solutions across D2C & Advised distribution channels.
  • Working with propositional teams from around the IP&I organisation in D2C & advised distribution channels.
  • Supporting Senior Manager, Design & Governance on investment related propositional improvements and closures.
  • Support within Investment Solutions, providing market intelligence, sales support and training to distribution team members.
  • Reporting upon existing investment solutions, ensuring adherence with internal objectives and control environment.

    Experience of operating in a regulatory environment, ensuring ongoing compliance with external benchmarks and regulations.
  • Experience of the life cycle of investment solutions having worked within a Consumer Duty environment.
  • Operational experience with the FCA PROD Handbook.
  • Keen interest and knowledge of competitive landscape across D2C and advised channels.
  • Outstanding stakeholder leadership skills.
