Based at Angus House, Orchardbank Business Park, Forfar.

This job is workstyle 5 - Flexi.

You will have the opportunity to benefit from our flexible and agile working practices. This means you will work from home for part of your week and spend some time in council buildings to best suit your work, meetings and collaboration.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit for the post of Manager – Property Asset.

We are looking for an exceptional individual to lead and manage a group of professional, technical staff responsible for the new build, refurbishment, management and maintenance of the Council's property (non-housing) portfolio.

This will include assisting the leadership team and ensuring that service delivery objectives are met, all contributing to the achievement of the outcomes set out in the council’s corporate and other plans.
