You will work on high profile, impactful projects which will help our clients deliver scalable energy infrastructure to help the UK transition to a low carbon, sustainable future.

As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced senior leader who can bring experience from capital projects and / or asset intensive industry, a strong business improvement skillset, and an understanding of how the digitisation of core capital project delivery processes can reduce the total cost of ownership for mega projects and deliver on shareholder commitments.

You will work in a diverse team of engineers, creative designers, business consultants, industry experts, information, and technology specialists to help lead and grow a market leading business.

As a Senior Manager in the business you'll help set the direction, driving forward the business, model our values and behaviours, and coach and develop junior members of the team.

  • Leadership and strategic direction to the wider Digital Capital Delivery team.

  • Proactive lead generation and sales contribution.

  • Senior client stakeholder management.

  • Programme and project delivery management of large multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Commercial and project performance management.

  • Definition of client strategy, delivery roadmap and investment case. You will help develop business cases for the deployment of digital engineering solutions and support clients in making value-based capability decisions.

  • Definition of future business and organisation models whilst developing an integrated view of people, technology and information impacts.

  • Define project scope and objectives, facilitate workshops to define and prioritise requirements, agree outcomes and programme risks.

  • Create and support the development of workstream or project delivery plans.

  • Coach, develop, and performance manage team members as part of project delivery.

    Proven track record in capital projects and / or asset intensive industry, including a knowledge of project management, design, manufacturing, supply chain and / or asset management processes and applications.

  • A strong understanding of the mechanisms for managing and controlling a large capital project (i.e. project controls, design management, configuration control, earned value management).

  • Experience of industry standards, e.g. BIM, and policies to help our clients develop best of breed solutions for their context.

  • Experience of one of the leading digital engineering technology platforms, e.g. Dassault 3DX, Teamcenter, Windchill, SAP ERP, Autodesk and others.

  • Experience working in a consultancy or deploying internal improvement initiatives within an organisation.

  • Experience developing Digital Strategies that encompass organisation, information management and system design through to deploying practical scalable business solutions that make a visible difference for our clients.
