Full Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Manual Assembly Operator to join our Manufacturing team at our Burntisland site. This role will be responsible for safely and accurately manufacturing pallets/wood products using the tools and equipment provided. You will ensure that you work at an optimum level to maximise output whilst complying with customer standards and design specifications as documented in the work orders. As a Manual Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for efficient bench set ups and ensuring that you have all necessary information required regarding quality standards and output levels, to enable you to carry out your role correctly and accurately. You will also need to promptly identify and report any problems with equipment to your line manager. You will play a key part in the team to undertake all tasks that are delegated to you by the Production Supervisors and Managers on site and always adhere to our Health and Safety Procedures and Policies to maintain the required high safety standards, which includes wearing your Personal Protective Equipment when stipulated.

Working effectively with others, you will also have excellent time keeping and attendance record and demonstrate a high level of Health and Safety awareness. A can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail are key to success.
