Job title : Manufacturing engineer

Job location: Prestwick, Scotland

Job type: Contract

Contract length: 18 months

Working hours : (Mon-Thurs: 8:00 to 4:30Pm) and Fri: 8:00 to 1:00 Pm)

Belcan are currently looking to hire a Manufacturing engineer to work for our Aerospace client in Prestwick location for 18 months contract.

Manufacturing engineer will have experience working for pressure vessels / cryogenics / hydrogen / nitrogen / fuel systems / test rigs/ any pressurized gas cylinder.

What will you be doing?

As a Manufacturing process engineer, you will be working very closely with Design and Stress team.
Liaise with Design and Stress team, and will be involved in performing test rigs.
You will be involved in design test and industrial test reviews.
Manufacturing engineer will be involved in building test articles, test reports and feedback the same to team.
Work closely with Sourcing & Purchasing team

What is required from you?

Previous experience working on pressure vessels/cryogenics/hydrogen/nitrogen/fuel systems/test rigs/any pressurized gas cylinder.

We are looking for experienced Manufacturing process engineer, who has experience in pressure vessels/cryogenics/hydrogen/nitrogen/fuel systems/test rigs/any pressurized gas cylinder.

Industry experience: Aerospace, Oil & Gas, subsea or any industry.

Software experience: Catia V5, SAP and MBSE (Model-based Systems Engineering)- Desirable
