Iconic are delighted to be partnering with Anderson Strathern to fill a vital position within their Marketing & BD team. This new team member will support daily marketing initiatives and events, whilst enriching their experience in the entire marketing mix.

What will you be doing, day to day?

• Planning and organising events, including follow-up and reporting in collaboration with the BD Manager.
• Designing and sending invitations, managing guest lists, and tracking responses.
• Providing support on the day of events, whether online or in-person.
• Co-ordinating communications and marketing materials both in-house and through external agencies.
• Creating, designing, and supporting business development materials and communications.
• Managing website content and assisting with digital development initiatives.
• Contributing to the marketing and business development strategy.
• Performing general duties to support the marketing and business development team and its initiatives as needed.

What do we need from you?  

To excel in this role, you must be a proactive self-starter with a solid foundation in marketing. You’ll bring excellent organisational skills and keen attention to detail. You will have experience in organising successful client-facing events, and you’ll bring the creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing materials and assisting with marketing campaigns and BD strategy. A relevant degree is essential for this role.
