Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Location: Montrose
Salary: 33k - 35k

We are working with one of our private clients, a small, close-knit team in Montrose looking for a talented Marketing and Communications Executive to join us and help take our brand to the next level. As part of a growing department, you will have the opportunity to bring fresh ideas, expand your skill set, and work across a variety of exciting projects.

What You'll Do:

- Design and create content, using software such as Adobe, Canva (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create engaging visuals and marketing materials
- Follow strategic marketing plan to raise brand awareness
- Videography, bringing the brand to life through video content, from concept to final production
- Communications, deliver compelling messages for internal and external audiences, ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Event Involvement, Collaborate with other departments and get hands-on with the planning and promotion of company events
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth communication and execution of marketing strategies

What We're Looking For:

- A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and videography is a must
- Someone who is passionate about the brand and keen to learn and develop new skills along the way
- A team player who is willing to collaborate across departments and get involved in all aspects of the business
- Creative flair and the ability to contribute fresh ideas to enhance our marketing strategies
