26,000-28,000 DOE

We are seeking a confident and creative Marketing Executive with expertise in content creation and social media management to support the Marketing Department and the Marketing Manager with their primary and administrative duties. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the Marketing Department and the achievement of its objectives, as well as the long-term growth of the group.

As a Marketing Executive, you will assist in organising campaigns, executing marketing strategies, and producing engaging content. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with initiative and drive who is keen to develop their career in Marketing, supported and guided by the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:
* Develop, write, and publish engaging content for the company's social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and strategy.
* Manage the scheduling of timely social activities and oversee social inboxes across social media accounts, incorporating social listening practices.
* Create and manage content for the company website, including blog posts, landing pages, and updates to ensure information is current and optimised for SEO.
* Support the wider team to execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated sequences to nurture leads and engage clients.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement content calendars that align with marketing campaigns and organisational goals.
* Perform daily administrative tasks to ensure the effective execution and coordination of group activities.
* Support the marketing team in organising various projects for both candidates and clients.
* Utilise marketing analytics techniques to gather essential data (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.) and provide recommendations to the wider team.
* Assist in organising promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns.
* Communicate directly with stakeholders and foster trusting relationships.

Requirements and Skills:
* 1-2 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the recruitment sector.
* Strong understanding of content creation for social media, websites, and email marketing.
* Proven ability to develop engaging and high-quality written content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and online analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
* Well-organised with a customer-focused approach and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
* Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices is advantageous.
