Marketing Manager

As the Marketing Manager at Hampden Park Stadium, you'll play a pivotal role in driving both B2B and B2C sales, with a strong focus on increasing gross profit across our conferences, events, and retail operations. You'll use your expertise to craft and execute a clear, results-driven go-to-market strategy, ensuring a strong digital footprint that delivers real impact. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction by positioning the right market offer to the right audience. Additionally, you'll oversee the creation and management of compelling marketing collateral and advertising campaigns, making sure our message stands out and resonates with our target markets. Main responsibilities

• Plan and execute annual marketing plan.
• Accountability for the annual marketing budget
• Plan and execute social media campaigns.
• Plan and execute e-marketing campaigns, traditional marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Support seasonal offer changes across food & drink outlets, C&B and Hospitality producing POS, digital POS and all marketing collateral.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity and respond to local market activity.
• Report & evaluate marketing campaigns and attend relevant review meetings.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams with agencies and other vendor partners.
• Maintain a strong working relationship with the on-site client marketing team.
• Ensure that Sodexo brand guidelines are maintained and followed.

  To be considered for this exciting role, you will have a solid Marketing background and a proven track record of delivering strong results. You will be highly proficient in digital marketing and all forms of social media. In addition to this, is its essential that you have a strong understanding of customer behaviour and needs and be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will also have expert knowledge on GDPR to ensure compliance with data management.
To hit the ground running, you would already have worked in the hospitality industry, as you will need an understanding of C&E and retail service line delivery. You will also have:
• Working knowledge of salesforce
• Highly creative abilities with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital and traditional campaigns that engage inform and motivate.
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking
• Up to date knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing, measurement, and the hospitality market
