Marketing Manager

Glasgow (onsite)

£40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience plus benefits

Established in 1996, The M & D Green Group is a family-owned independent pharmacy chain with 33 branches across Glasgow, Ayrshire, Renfrewshire, Lanarkshire, Inverclyde, and Lothian. Led by their founder and Managing Director, Martin Green, they pride themselves on delivering top-quality pharmaceutical care and exceptional customer service to their communities.

They aim to be Scotland's number one healthcare provider, working closely with local healthcare professionals and the NHS to develop high-quality services. They invest in their facilities and staff to support personal development and continually improve our standard of care.

Iconic Resourcing is on the lookout for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead their marketing strategy and fuel the growth of the services that they provide. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for creating impactful campaigns, this is the perfect opportunity to make your mark in a well-established healthcare group.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Creating and implementing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, promote services, and engage the community
  • Leading and delivering engaging marketing campaigns from inception to completion, including managing budgets, setting targets, and coordinating campaign delivery
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, analysing website conversion rates, and refining strategies to improve results
  • Identifying and targeting new markets to support business growth, ensuring alignment with our overall company vision
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, including the Area Managers, to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives across the company
  • Briefing and managing third-party marketing agencies, ensuring that all external partnerships deliver value and meet campaign goals

To excel in this role, you’ll need to be a proactive and strategic thinker, with strong experience in marketing but who can also roll their sleeves up and deliver campaigns across both traditional and digital channels.  You’ll have the following:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing either in an in-house role or agency environment with a strong track record of driving growth through creative campaigns
  • Excellent analytical skills to measure performance and adjust campaigns for maximum impact
  • Demonstrated ability to identify new market opportunities and lead successful marketing initiatives.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience working with external agencies and internal  stakeholders

What We Offer:

  • A salary of £40,000 - £45,000 and benefits package.
  • Opportunities for personal and professional growth.
  • A collaborative, supportive working environment that values innovation and development.

To apply, please send an updated CV to Amanda.Kho@iconicresourcing.com.  All conversations will be kept confidential and please note any direct or 3rd party applications will come to Amanda Kho to be screened and reviewed. The closing date for the role will be the 1st of November 2024.
