Full Job Description

In this role, there will be a requirement to attend our Rotherham surgery at least once a month for a team meeting, and visits to our other surgery locations as needed. This role reports directly into our CEO Dr Mel Fuller and you'll work alongside our Content & SEO Manager.

We're looking for someone who is digitally confident, with a good amount of project management experience. You'll thrive working across a varied task load in a fast-paced environment, have top notch communication skills and the confidence to progress projects autonomously, with the drive to see them through to completion.

We're already the UK's largest, independent, family-owned veterinary group, and we have big ambitions to grow even bigger (while sticking to our family roots, of course)! This truly is an exciting role with huge potential to make a significant impact to our ongoing growth. All team members across our group live and breathe by our values, which are:

  • We care - We put our pets, their humans and each other at the heart of all that we think, say and do. We communicate warmly & clearly, respecting the needs of others.
  • Can do - We take great satisfaction from a job done on time, right first time. We work smart, making the most of all our great people, equipment & facilities.
  • Team first - We learn from each other & fully use the different experiences, skills and strengths in our team. We embrace everyone's individuality & contributions.
  • Better every day - We take ownership and pride in every aspect of our work, welcoming feedback to enable us to be the best versions of ourselves every day.

We're offering a salary of £35,000, as well as a great range of benefits (for you & any pets you might have!). This includes:
  • 20 days of annual leave (excluding bank holidays)
  • Flexible working
  • Profit share bonus scheme
  • Income protection
  • Enhanced maternity pay
  • Discounts (Free Vet & Nurse consultations, 50% discount on pet medication, vaccinations, procedures and treatments, 50% off Vetsure pet insurance and 20% off antiparasitic products and retail products sold in our surgeries).
  • Boost retail discounts and rewards
  • Help at Hand health and wellbeing support
  • Funded flu vaccination
  • Long service recognition
  • Compassionate leave
