Full Job Description

We are looking for a creative and motivated Marketing and Social Media Assistant to join our TSI team. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about marketing, social media, and digital communications and is eager to gain first-hand experience in a friendly and flexible organisation. This role will provide you with the opportunity to
work creatively on real projects and develop your skills and knowledge.

Key responsibilities
Social Media Management:

  • Assist in the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).

  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and opportunities to interact with our audience.

  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to maintain a positive and engaging online presence.


  • Content Creation:
  • Develop and design visual content, including graphics, videos, and other multimedia for social media posts and campaigns.

  • Assist in writing engaging and creative content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and campaigns that align with our brand voice and goals.


  • Analytics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyse the performance of social media posts and campaigns using analytics tools.

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports summarizing social media performance, audience engagement, and key trends.

  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve future campaigns and strategies.


  • Campaign Support:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, partnerships,

  • and promotional events.
  • Support the team in the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.


  • Community Engagement:
  • Help build and maintain relationships with partners and key stakeholders.

  • Participate in online discussions, groups, and forums relevant to our industry to increase brand visibility and engagement.

    Administrative Support:
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as updating contact lists, organising digital assets, and maintaining marketing databases.

  • Assist in coordinating marketing projects and events, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
