Job Title: Master Data Management Consultant
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Glasgow (Edinburgh or Wilmslow can also be considered)
Working Style: Hybrid (50% home/office based)

Purpose of the Role:
The Master Data Management Consultant will support the Master Data Management Lead in liaising with change projects and programmes to ensure their delivery aligns with our organisation's MDM standards. Your work will directly contribute to our overall purpose of helping people protect and grow their financial assets. By assisting programmes in articulating their requirements to achieve alignment, you'll help us deliver better outcomes for our customers.
What You'll Be Doing:

-Liaising with change projects and programmes to ensure alignment with MDM standards.
-Assisting programmes in articulating their requirements to achieve alignment.
-Supporting the implementation of MDM practices and standards.
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver MDM initiatives.
-Providing expertise in data management and data quality management.
What We're Looking For:

-3+ years' experience in master data management and other data management disciplines.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
-Understanding of MDM principles and data management.
-Ability to prioritize and plan in line with business demands.
-Ability to articulate data management concepts to non-technical audiences
