Our role, acting as our customers trusted advisor, is to help create a future vision with high-profile customers to modernise their Hyperion Applications footprint, making recommendations of additional Hyperion capabilities and complementary Cloud Applications to enhance the services they deliver to their users. This role requires a proactive individual who is able to use their experience to positively impact go-to-market strategy and direction both with individual customers, and at a market level, to increase revenue from Oracle---s Hyperion customer base.,

  • Understand and map customer needs to our solutions in sales opportunities.
  • Provide a variety of Presales Services including Discovery, Presentation, Demonstration, RFX response, solution scoping, Roadmap updates etc. as required during the sales process.
  • Work with sales teams, partners and customers to design and propose winning solutions from both the on-premise and Cloud portfolios, to drive Oracle sales and our customers success.
  • Help development of pipeline through support of Marketing activities.
  • Work proactively with Hyperion Partners to expand Oracle's customer reach.
  • Support development of cloud business by pro-actively proposing hybrid solutions.
  • Provide input and feedback to Product Management and Development teams to enhance Oracle's future product offerings., As a Master Principal Sales Consultant you will be responsible as the expert for formulating and leading presales technical / functional support activity to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as a technical resource and mentor for less experienced Sales Consultants. Focuses on large or complex sales opportunities that need creative and complex solutions. Develops productivity tools and training for other Sales Consultants. Develops and delivers outstanding Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Leads any and all aspects of the technical sales process. Advises internal and external clients on overall architect solutions.

    For this specific role we are seeking someone with a solid background as a Solution Engineer or Architect with Hyperion expertise, ideally with 10+ years of functional experience across the breadth of the product suite including HFM. Experience of Planning, FDMEE, EPM Fusion, Essbase are also desirable.
  • Experience of working in a presales environment supporting a sales teams.
  • Ideally broader experience across Oracle's application and technology portfolio.
  • Ability to understand customer's industry and core business processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong experience in customer discovery, identifying additional sales opportunities, with ability to positively influence the customer's commitment to Oracle solutions.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team environment to achieve challenging goals.
  • Understating of Oracle Fusion SaaS offerings including EPM, and competitive offerings.
  • Strong business English.
