Post Title: Medical Administrator
Location: Oakley Medical Practice
Salary: Competitive rates 
Hours: 37 hrs per week (Permanent Mon-Fri

We are seeking a confident, friendly person to provide a high quality, professional reception and administrative service to patients, doctors, staff, colleagues, health service professionals and others. To act as the first point of contact for patients contacting the Practice and to portray the Practice in the highest possible professional way. To ensure that enquiries from patients are efficiently and courteously handled to the mutual satisfaction of the GP partners and patients. To assist the clinical team in the service and delivery of the care management of the practice population.
Responsible for administration tasks associated with the running of a busy GP Practice, computer literate, requires friendly confident manner for dealing with General Public. This is a demanding but rewarding role that will provide an impressive variety of day to day responsibilities. Experience of working in a busy public facing environment and being educated to Higher Level or equivalent would be an advantage.
