This is a manual handling role and will require the successful candidate to be able to move tables, stacks of chairs, staging and lay portable dancefloors. The hours of work are varied from week to week but will include a mixture of Early shifts, Back shifts and occasionally Nights shifts when required.

• Meeting and Events Porter (Casual)
• Able to work in a manual handling capacity
• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Support depatment needs and the needs of the team
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Comply with local licensing laws
• Be environmentally aware
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
